Directions For Use

Boil 8 oz. of water. Place 1 herbal teabag in teacup of hot water. Let the herbs steep for 5-10 minutes. When the tea is warm add any type of flavoring you’d like such as cinnamon, vanilla, honey, or lemon. Enjoy!
